TERMS OF SERVICE
☆ I reserve the right to refuse any commission☆ Commissioned art may NOT be used for commercial purposes, AI training, tracing, redraw, modification, claiming of credit or reproduced for profit. Client may not profit from or claim the product as their own. For commercial work please email me at [email protected].☆ Do not use product to promote hate speech or bigotry.☆ No physical product will be mailed. The digital product will be sent to the client upon completion.☆ By sending in an order, you confirm that you have read everything on my terms of service.☆ For commissions, half is paid up front and half is paid upon completion. No refunds accepted after you approve the sketch.☆ In the unlikely event in which the commission needs to be canceled, refund will be given in full.☆ Finished piece will be supplied to the client in png or gif format. Please specify if you want another file type in your initial message.☆ I retain the right to the commissioned artwork, including the right to use the artwork for portfolio, advertisement, personal galleries and social media. If you want to be tagged, inform me ahead of time.☆ Client may post artwork on social media so long as I am credited in post or post description.☆ Depending on complexity, final piece will take two to three weeks once the client is first in queue. If additional time is needed, reason will be given ahead of time. Should the commission take longer than this, pricing will be halved.
